For a multi-billion dollar childrenswear brand, acted as interim marketing team.  Identified several million in savings by moving customer database in-house, constructed and implemented company wide KPI dashboards, designed and launched a tiered tender neutral loyalty program and replatformed email marketing database.

Conducted consumer research and developed psychographic customer segmentation.  Identified key primary target segments and determined brand positioning.  Worked with operational executives to develop strategic plans to support the brand positioning incorporating key customer behaviors and values.
